I strongly recommend this book foranyone seriously interested in learning about kinematics of mechanisms. I got interested in kinematics long time (1980) ago after reading the papers from Prof.C.H. Even tough it is a good book i prefer Burton Paul's kinematics of planar machinery.. This book contains a theoretically sound introduction to mechanism design. Professor Chiang geometrical approaches to build their mechanisms. He also authored an outstanding book on spherical kinematics.. Each topic is very well explained
